Who Is Feedzai Best For?
Small Businesses
1-25 EmployeesFeedzai is aimed at banks, fintechs, payment providers and acquirers, and publishes no self-serve plan or free tier, so a small online merchant will likely find Sift or Riskified a closer fit. An early stage fintech or neobank is the realistic small buyer.
Mid-Market Companies
26-100 EmployeesRegional banks, fintechs and payment processors can buy through AWS Marketplace and use existing AWS credits, though the price is still negotiated. Feedzai’s customer stories include fintech and card program names such as Corecard and BigPay, though it does not state customer sizes.
Enterprise Companies
100+ EmployeesLarge banks and acquirers are the core audience, with named customers including CaixaBank, Raiffeisen Bank International, BTG Pactual, Mastercard and Fiserv. The ECB is also reported on Feedzai’s homepage as selecting it for the digital euro.
Institutions Consolidating Fraud And AML

Our Verdict
Feedzai holds the Best in Pricing placement on weak price evidence, and we say so plainly. It publishes no rates, tiers or trial. Its AWS Marketplace listing says pricing is based on your requirements and eligibility, and the private offer lets buyers use AWS credits and pay on the AWS invoice, which can simplify procurement. Feedzai’s homepage also cites an IDC MarketScape finding of the highest customer-reported total cost of ownership, but we did not see the report and it is a vendor claim. Against rivals, nothing we verified shows Feedzai is cheaper. Riskified’s pricing page says pricing depends on sales volume and use, lists no rates and asks for annual online sales in a quote form, and Sift’s demo and product pages list no pricing. All three are quote-only. Riskified offers a chargeback guarantee that shifts fraud loss to the vendor, which Feedzai and Sift do not advertise on the pages reviewed. Treat the rank as a procurement and credit advantage, not a proven lower price, and compare written quotes on identical volume and scope.

What to Know
What to Know Before Buying
-
Feedzai’s team helps with configuration, deployment and management through the AWS listing
-
Plan data feeds, rules migration and model tuning with your fraud team
-
Feedzai ingests data from databases, transaction systems and third party tools, can add custom rules or third party scores, and supports importing and exporting machine learning models. Confirm your core banking, card processor and case tools are covered.
-
Feedzai says it processes 140 billion events a year for large institutions. Volume is unlikely to be the limit, but cost will scale with your negotiated terms.
-
No fee schedule is published, so ask about implementation services, modules such as AML and IQ, support tiers and volume bands. IQ Score sits in a separate AWS listing, so check each listing’s seller and terms.
-
Elo’s story cites a migration for 35+ issuers. A Gartner reviewer notes limits in on-premise support, and the pages reviewed describe a cloud-native platform, so check hosting before replacing existing systems.
-
The AWS listing describes recurring monthly SaaS usage fees on the AWS bill, with no term stated. Direct contract terms, SLAs and security certifications should be requested in writing.
